Sealing Tape
The old way of sealing thermos cushions involved cutting away foil from the inner layers. Only then could one tape the top and bottom layers of the thermos cushion together. With this Sealing Tape, this is no longer necessary, making sealing a lot easier and less time-consuming.
This is the recommended method for sealing thermos cushions, especially when using the four-chamber cushion. Furthermore, errors are less likely when sealing from the outside of the thermos cushion.
It is advisable to stick one side of the sealing tape on, before starting to install the thermos cushions. Under the floor, it is then only necessary to fold the sealing tape around the end of the cushion and stick it in place. For the best seal, fold the end of the thermos cushion over twice, before sealing it with the sealing tape.
